Digital orders:
Instant digital products will be available for download once payment is confirmed. Usually within 5 minutes. Instant digital downloads are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of this product.
Custom digital products will be sent to your email address within 1 to 2 business days. You may cancel your order for a custom digital product within an hour of your purchase for a full refund. Custom digital products are not eligible for refunds due to the custom nature of these products.
Printed orders:
Non-custom printed orders may be returned within 30 days and in good, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Custom-printed orders will ship within 2 to 3 business days upon approval of your proofs. (Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days during the holiday season.) You may cancel your order for a custom-printed order within an hour of your purchase for a full refund. Custom-printed orders are not eligible for refunds or returns due to the custom nature of these products.

Proofing files:
We are not responsible for errors once a product has gone to print. Please review your proofs carefully. We triple-check all of our proofs, but we are human and occasionally make a mistake. Please proofread your proofs and have a friend or family member proofread too to be sure your items are 100 percent correct when being sent to print.
